I'm Margaux. I've spent 15 years helping businesses find the right tools.

13 years ago, I moved to Australia from France for a holiday. One month turned into thirteen years. Melbourne became home.

Most importantly, I spent the last six years at Xero as a product marketing leader, managing product portfolios used by over 4.6 million small businesses in Australia, around 40% of all small businesses in the country. My job was understanding how small businesses operate so we could build products that offer more value to their day-to-day and reduce the admin so they could focus on what matters.

What happens during an AI consultation?
We start with a free 15-minute discovery call so I can learn about your business and walk you through how the audit works. After that, we jump on a 60-minute deep dive where we go through your workflows, what's costing you time and money, and where the real opportunities are. I then go away, audit your setup, and build your personalised plan with specific tools, workflows, and a 6 to 8 week roadmap. We finish with a 30-minute call to walk through it together. You walk away with clear priorities, your AI sparring partner ready to use, and 2 to 3 quick wins to run with in your first two weeks.
How quickly will I see results?
First quick wins usually run inside the first two weeks. Most clients have 2 to 3 things working differently by then. The full 6 to 8 week roadmap is what gets the bigger pieces in place.
Do I need to know about AI before getting a consultation?
Not a thing. Most people I work with haven't used AI beyond a quick look at ChatGPT. That's completely fine. I'll meet you where you are.
What if I've already tried AI tools but they didn't work?
Even better. We'll look at what's working, what isn't, and where there are gaps. Sometimes the tools you already have just need to be set up properly or connected to each other.
What's the AI sparring partner?
It's a custom AI setup I build around your business. Loaded with your business context, your tools, your goals, your constraints. So instead of asking generic AI for advice, you're asking something that already knows how your business works. You can use it for drafting quotes, stress-testing decisions, planning your week, or just thinking out loud about a problem. You keep it after the audit. Most people I work with use it daily within the first week.
Is this only about AI tools?
No. AI is part of it, but a lot of what comes out of the audit is broader: automating things between systems, switching out a tool that's not pulling its weight, or just changing the order you do things in. AI is useful where it fits. Where it doesn't, I'll tell you straight.
How much does AI consulting cost?
The 15-minute discovery call is always free, no strings. After that, the full audit is $1,497 + GST this month (usually $1,997). For that you get a 60-minute deep dive into your business, several hours of audit work, your AI sparring partner setup, two follow-up check-ins, and a 30-minute call to walk through it all. Most clients walk away with $20,000+ of admin time and missed margin identified, or a clear foundation to scale on, by the end of the audit. Some take the plan and run with it. Others want help with implementation, which we price separately based on what your roadmap shows. Either way, we talk through your options on the playback call and you decide what makes sense.
What happens after the audit? Do I implement the plan myself?
Two options. Some clients take the plan and run with it themselves, especially the quick wins. Others ask me to help with the bigger pieces. If you want me involved in implementation, we work out the scope and price based on what's in your roadmap, no surprises. We'll talk through what makes sense for you on the playback call.

Either way, your AI sparring partner setup is included in the audit. No extra charge. You walk away with it whether you implement yourself or bring me in.
How much does implementation cost?
It depends on what's in your roadmap. Implementation usually runs from $5,000 to $25,000 + GST, depending on whether you want help with one priority or the full roadmap. Some clients pick the highest-impact piece and run with that. Others bring me in for the full 6 to 8 weeks. We work out the scope together on the playback call. No surprises and no pressure to take it on.
